Should work just fine. Gauge isn't particularly important, so just adjust your needles to get the tightness of fabric you like.

How do you think this would work with using a double worsted (8 ply?)

I LIKE that. Thank you for sharing.

I'm not sure. As long as you have some wiggle room on the yardage, gauge isn't a big deal.

Nice pattern.
What is the gauge of the yarn you used?

This looks lovely. I also really like the idea that a knitted rug could be machine washable. What do you do to keep it from sliding around on the floor?

I didn't do anything, but I assume one of those rubber mats would help. I just put up with the slipping.

Have just started the Bathroom Rug pattern, am wondering whether Rows 19-22 should read "Repeat rows 17 & 18" rather than rows 7 & 8? Wouldn't using 7 & 8 make the cables in the wrong place unlike the cables placed in row 17??? Otherwise, so far, so good. Thanks.

I am working on your pattern and love it, but for those working on it you need to change rows 19-22 to read a repeat of 17 and 18 so the cables will be in the correct place. Thank you for the great pattern it will look lovely in my bathroom.
