Completely protected from the dangers of stratchy things.
I made another cozy for a coworker’s girlfriend’s G-phone. I cast on 50 sts on size 1 needles, did an inch of p1 k1 ribbing, and then did three repeats of the hourglass cable. Kitchnered it closed. Good quick project.
Used leftovers from my stitchnpretty yarn. Only took 11g (4 oz), so I still have enough left for another one, if I’m feeling ambitious.

I have a G1, too, and I think it would look so cute in a little cozy! Any chance there’s a pattern available?

It was an adaptation of the sock pattern I link to. This is all I did – ” I cast on 50 sts on size 1 needles, did an inch of p1 k1 ribbing, and then three repeats of the hourglass cable. Kitchnered it closed.”
